Just arrived, this consignment of fantastic old oak boards from ancient southern European granaries have beautiful colour and lots of character.

Green World

environmental performance

Chauncey's are curently working with Envolve, who are the local partners of Envision, providing environmental support and advice for small and medium businesses.

Our aim is to build on our existing good environmental performance, and achieve stages 1 - 3 of the BS 8555 Environmental Management Systems accreditation. This includes a detailed analysis of all our energy waste and waste management, training of staff in environmental matters, checking that we comply with any relevant environmental legislation. We will then develop an ongoing Environmental Management Programme ensuring that our environmental policy continues to develop and improve.

Formal environmental accreditation will assure our clients that Chauncey's take their environmental responsibilities seriously, ensuring that our business has as little adverse environmental impact as possible.
