CHAUNCEY'S CASTLE OAK
Chauncey's Castle Oak is made from Wide European Oak Boards.
Offered in three mixed widths of 180, 218 and 260mm, these solid oak boards
are available in Rustic and Select Grades.
Boards are in long lengths and are suitable for both period property restorations
and contemporary projects where wider width boards are called for.
Thickness: 20mm thick.
Widths: 180 / 218 / 260mm.
(normally sold random/even mix of widths. Clients
can select one size. If all widest width, price is + 10%).
Lengths: 1500 - 3000mm
(up to 20%<1500mm)
Machined: T/G Ends matched. No Microbevel. Unfinished.

ORIGINS
Our European Standard and Continental
oak flooring is sourced from sustainably managed forestry in France and Germany.
The trees used are selective thinnings which are felled during September and October as part of a sustainably managed forestry programme. The butts(logs) are then sawn, graded and air dried during the winter months, before being dried in high tech kilns.
