3 DELIVERY MODESWhen making deliveries, we generally use one of three systems depending on the items being shipped and where they are going to. These are shown here on the right. We will generally make contact the day before to arrange site access. If you have not heard from us by the day before please call us, as sometimes we do have difficulty getting hold of mobiles etc. |
Chauncey's Vehicle:We use our own transport for local deliveries (usually up to 100mile radius from Bristol - but including parts of West London). Our drivers are contactable, and if you like we can organise for them to phone you, or your site contact, an hour before delivery. |
Haulier (Palletways System).For other National and European Deliveries we use a hub based system based on pallet/multiple pallets being ditributed through a network of hauliers. This can result in deliveries being made from large vehicles, so if there are any difficulties with access, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your requirements. |

Couriers / TNT.For smaller lighter deliveries (up to 50kg) we use van based next day courier systems. Options are: next day / before noon / or before 10am. Timed deliveries do cost extra. Length restriction of 3.5m (eg. for skirtings etc). |
